Shipping

Upon checkout, you will need to choose the delivery type.

For Normal Delivery, your gift box will be delivered to the recipient within 3-5 working days. You can choose the timing for delivery, from 9am to 12pm, 12 pm to 4 pm, and 4pm to 9pm.

For Express Delivery, there will be delivery charge of $10. For this option, you can choose the next day delivery date and timing.

We will our best to accommodate your delivery request to the recipient. Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive it.

All orders from Ready to Gift, Build A Gift and Marketplace will usually take 3-5 working days to deliver upon confirmation, under Normal Delivery Option.

For concierge orders, usually take 5 to 8 working days to deliver upon confirmation.

Express delivery option for the next working day is only available for all orders from Ready to Gift, Build A Gift and Marketplace. You can choose this option upon checkout, however delivery charges will be imposed for this service.

All orders from Ready to Gift, Build A Gift and Marketplace will usually take 3-5 working days to deliver upon confirmation, under Normal Delivery Option. Please contact us on our Business WhatsApp if you need the order from Ready to Gift, Build A Gift or Marketplace to be delivered on a specific date under the Normal Delivery option, we will make the necessary arrangements to complete your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer same day deliveries for now. However, we are working on the possibility of it in near future. You may contact us by hello@exclusively.com.sg or on our Business WhatsApp if you require further assistance on urgent delivery.

Please use our concierge service if you wish to do so. Our team will be in touch with you to work out the details and find the best rate for you. Please note that for international shipment, delivery charges has to be borne by you.

Absolutely! Click on Multiple address option when you view the Cart and fill in the details accordingly. We will do the rest.

We will send you a confirmation message via our Business WhatsApp once the order has been delivered.

Payments

We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard credit cards using Stripe.

Yes, we do! As long as your credit card is eligible for international transactions, there should be no problem at all. In the event that you do encounter payment issues, do contact us and we will help you to sort it out.

Ordering

We never include receipts inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are gifts!

Yes! Of course we do this for you under our Concierge service. Drop us an email at enquiry@exclusively.com.sg or you can fill in the form through our website and let us know how we can assist you. We will be in touch with you to sort the details.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However if there is an issue, you may contact us via our email at hello@exclusively.com,sg. We will reply within 2 working days.

We are very sorry about that and here to help. Please contact us immediately at hello@exclusively.com.sg with pictures of the damaged item and we will replace it with the same product or alternatively with a suitable replacement of equal value and quality.
